Tribal Hearts › Verification

How free verification works

Every badge on Tribal Hearts is checked by a person on our team. Verification costs nothing. This page explains what you need, who sees your documents and what changes once you are verified.

What you need

Step by step

  1. Make your profile in the Tribal Hearts app.

  2. Upload your government ID and caste certificate on the verification page in the app.

  3. A person on our review team checks each document by hand. No machine makes the decision, and there is no selfie or face check.

  4. If a document cannot be read, for example a blurry photo or a cut-off page, the app tells you the reason and you upload it again.

  5. When both are approved, the Verified badge appears on your profile. Your caste certificate also earns you 3 extra contacts, once.

You can leave a mobile number for our team, only so they can ask you about a missing page. Other members never see it.

Who sees your documents

The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Badge levels

Premium is a plan, not a badge. Paying never gives you a badge, and your badge stays when a plan ends.

What changes once you are verified

You can open full profiles and chat. The free plan starts, with 300 messages a day and 10 contacts a month. Premium is an optional monthly plan; see plans.

Questions

Does verification cost anything?

No. Verification is free for every member. Premium is a separate, optional plan.

Why do you ask for a caste certificate?

Tribal Hearts is for India's tribal communities. The certificate lets our team confirm that a Verified member really belongs to one, so families can trust the badge.

What if my document is not accepted?

The app shows the reason in Hindi or English. Usually you only need to upload a clearer photo of the whole document.

Can other members see my ID?

No. Only our review team sees your documents, and they are deleted within 48 hours of the decision on your case.
