What the Grievance Officer handles
You may write to the Grievance Officer about:
- Removal or blocking of any content, including your profile, photos, or chats.
- Restoration of content you believe was wrongly removed.
- Hate speech, harassment, or abuse you have experienced on the platform.
- Privacy concerns regarding your personal data.
- Requests to exercise your rights under the DPDP Act (access, correction, deletion, portability).
- Any complaint related to these policies, the app's behavior, or our staff's conduct.

What to include in your grievance
- Your registered mobile number or profile ID.
- A clear description of the issue (what happened, when, who else was involved if relevant).
- Any supporting screenshots, links, or message IDs.
- The remedy you are seeking.
Acknowledgement and resolution timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt.
- If the grievance involves a request for content removal that affects another user, we may extend the timeline up to a maximum of 30 days as permitted by the rules and we will keep you informed.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may approach:
- Grievance Appellate Committee notified by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology under Rule 3A of the IT Rules 2021.
- The Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted under the DPDP Act 2023.
- The competent court of law in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh (the company's registered jurisdiction).
Voluntary takedown of unlawful content
If you become aware of any content on Tribal Hearts that is unlawful under Indian law, write to the Grievance Officer with the details. We aim to act on prima facie unlawful content within 36 hours.
This notice is published as required by Rule 3(2) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
