Child Safety Standards — Tribal Hearts

Tribal Hearts is a matrimonial application for adults in Scheduled Tribe communities. It is strictly for people aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our published standards against CSAE, as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, and explains how anyone can report a concern.
1. Tribal Hearts is an adults-only service
- Registration requires the user to confirm they are 18 years of age or older. Date of birth is collected during onboarding and accounts that indicate an age under 18 are rejected.
- Every profile passes an ID and live-photo verification reviewed by a human before it is shown to other members. Profiles that appear to belong to a minor are removed immediately.
- Profiles created "for a son / daughter / sibling" must represent an adult and must be created with that adult's consent.
2. Prohibited conduct — zero tolerance
The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate removal, a permanent ban, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — images, video, text, audio, drawings, or AI-generated material.
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualisation of anyone under 18.
- Attempting to create a profile for, or on behalf of sexualising, a minor.
- Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of a child in any form.
3. How we prevent and detect CSAE
- Age gating at registration and human review of ID + live photo before a profile goes live.
- In-app reporting on every profile, message, photo, and call, so members can flag a child-safety concern in one tap.
- Human moderation: trained reviewers assess every report, with child-safety reports treated as the highest priority.
- Enforcement: content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and preservation of evidence for law enforcement.
4. How to report a child-safety concern
- In the app: tap the report icon on any profile, message, photo, or call, choose the "underage / child safety" category, and add a short note. Reports reach our moderation queue immediately.
- By email: write to admin@garibaitservices.com at any time. This is our designated point of contact for child-safety and CSAM concerns, and it is monitored so we can act quickly.
Child-safety reports are reviewed as a priority. Where we identify apparent CSAM or a child in danger, we remove the content and account, preserve the relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate national and regional authorities.
5. Reporting to authorities
Tribal Hearts complies with applicable child-safety laws in the markets where it operates. Apparent CSAM and credible threats to a child are reported to the relevant national and regional authorities, which in India include:
- National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: cybercrime.gov.in (dedicated "Report CSAM / child pornography" channel).
- Childline India: 1098.
- Police: 112.
We also cooperate with lawful requests from recognised child-safety organisations and law-enforcement agencies.
